A welcoming four-day introduction to Sierra backpacking through a lake-filled landscape north of Lake Tahoe. We will keep daily mileage manageable, establish beautiful camps near alpine lakes, and leave time for swimming, fishing, and exploring without heavy packs. $225 requested contribution.

 

Meet near Lake Spaulding, CA; California participants may meet us there. Stay on for the base camp if you like! Alternately, if you want to stay at the lakeside base camp during this time, let us know - the camp will be up!
